40 hour perpetual prayer vigil in La Crosse
From Friday, March 25 (Feast of the Annunciation) through Sunday, March 27, pro-lifers observed 40 hours of prayer in La Crosse, in conjunction with 40 Days for Life efforts occurring all over the world. Read more here.

On March 25, Fr. Scheckel led a Eucharistic Procession from St. James the Less Church in La Crosse, past Options Clinic and back to St. James. The staff and students of Providence Academy joined the procession. Among other issues, Options seeks to “normalize sexuality” [I doubt humans were sexually deviant for the thousands of years before Options existed...]
For 40 straight hours, from 3 pm Friday, March 25, through 7 am Sunday, March 27, simultaneous indoor and outdoor vigils were held – Adoration in St. James while the prayer vigil was taking place outside of Options. Concluded with Mass on Sunday March 27 at St. James. |
